Russel joined CVLAV on June 1st, 2022 as our new Director of AV Operations. Russel's roles include Senior Project Manager while also leading all PMs through developing project plans that identify all resource and budgetary needs. Russel's leadership extends through to the field level, also leading all tech teams with support of PMs.
Russel comes to us having been in the AV industry since 1995, most notably his past ten years as Senior AV Consultant and Director of AV Designs for Henderson Engineers, in Lenexa Kansas. While with Henderson, Russel's design contributions supported multiple professional sports venues, along with several Division 1 NCAA College venues. In addition to this, Russel worked with several regional sound reinforcement companies, specializing in production and live events.
