Stephen Morris
President and CEO

Stephen has 35+ years of experience in the professional Audiovisual industry with prior design engineer positions held with ProMedia, as well as multiple marketing and sales positions with Harman Professional, notably Executive Vice President of JBL Professional World Wide.  While with Harman, Stephen wrote the patented product definitions for the I-Tech and CTs Series amplifier platforms. Stephen has extensive experience working alongside global AV consulting firms while leading the commissioning of large stadium and arena systems including Aloha Stadium, Oakland Arena, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Dayton Arena, …to name a few. Stephen is often retained by University of Illinois and other Midwest architectural firms for audiovisual designs and has served as the wireless frequency coordinator for the University of Illinois.

Kathy Nicholas
Office Manager

Kathy, Operations and Bookkeeping, has over 30 years of experience with financial and office management. She formerly worked at Heartland Bank and Trust as a manager and Teller Supervisor, spent eight years as the operations director for a state-wide non-profit and has been with C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual since early 2015, managing the office, accounts payable and receivable and running the Human Resource department. She is certified in Quickbooks, various banking compliance courses and employment management certifications.

Mark Rozinsky
Customer Service Manager

Mark holds a Political Science degree from the University of Illinois and a certificate in Audio Engineering (SAE Miami). He has four years of management experience from previous employment and holds a CTS certification from AVIXA (formerly InfoComm). Mark manages the shipping and receiving for C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual, including pricing, ordering and managing project equipment inventory. In addition, he oversees the rental department and provides technical support for special events.

Kyle Wikoff
Project Manager

Kyle has seven years of experience in the professional audiovisual industry. He started at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a multimedia technician, and from there moved from maintaining existing technology driven classrooms to implementing a new security system into all the 200+ monitored classrooms. During his time with the University of Illinois he received a CTS certification from AVIXA (formerly InfoComm). After leaving the U of I and joining C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual, Kyle continued his training and now holds the CTS-I certification from AVIXA, as well as became a certified Extron Control Professional.

Todd Fitton
Project Manager

Todd has 26 years of experience in the professional audiovisual industry including owning his own audiovisual design company. His experience includes; design, installation, programming, sound tuning and business development. His certifications include DBX programming, Harman Audio Architect Certified, Control4 Programming; 1 & 2 Certified, AMX ACE Certified, UI Design, Installer and Programmer 1 – Lutron Radio RA2 and is RTI Programming Level 3 Certified. He also holds a CTS certification from AVIXA (formerly InfoComm).

Andy Phillippe
Digital Media Specialist

Andy joined C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual in 2019 as their first Digital Media Specialist. His duties include content creation for digital signage, web and social media content, AutoCAD drawings, and handling any digital content needs. Andy received two degrees in Digital Media from Parkland College and Southern Illinois University. He has three years of previous experience with providing multimedia content for businesses and clients.

William Tackitt
Technician-Foreman

Willie Tackitt, the Technician-Foreman for C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual, has been in the field of technical electronics for 29 years. His past work ranged from programming robotic manipulators and automated assembly production, all the way to fully matrixed conference center AV systems and NCAA sports arenas. His duties include installation and integration of AV systems. Before joining CVLAV, Willie worked for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While at the University, he received training and certification from Bi-Amp Systems in DSP configuration, training and certification from Extron in Control and AV signal processing and certifications from AQAV and CQT for quality control.

Derek Wendell
Technician-Foreman

Derek joined C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual in 2019 to provide his electrical expertise for in-field projects. He has been an electrician for 19 years and is an active member of the IBEW local 601. Derek has been a part of many local campus projects in the past and will play a key role as Technician-Foreman in the audiovisual systems installation for the new Henry Dale & Betty Smith Football Performance Center attached to the University of Illinois Memorial Stadium.

Brock Tackitt
Technician

Brock has been a Technician at C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual for two years. He is currently undergoing schooling for the IBEW Apprentice program for telecommunications. His most notable jobs to date have included the work he had done with the Chicago White Sox Guaranteed Rate Field speaker system upgrade, University of Dayton Arena remodeling, University of Southern Indiana Arena upgrades and various University of Illinois projects.

Julian Morris
Technician

Julian, a junior studying Political Science at the University of Illinois, has been providing technical assistance for C.V. Lloyde Audiovisual for five years and on occasion will help with office work. He has been assisting the sound engineers of the University of Illinois Memorial stadium during football games for the past five years. Julian also has experience running sound for other events, such as the Illinois marathon and the IHSA football tournaments.
